Role/ Job Title- Relationship Manager – Corporate Coverage
Job Purpose - The job purpose will be responsible for acquiring and managing corporate clients, driving business growth within regulatory and risk frameworks. You will act as a strategic partner to clients, offering tailored financial solutions while ensuring high service standards and compliance
.Job Responsibilities
- :Acquire and onboard corporate clients, ensuring seamless service delivery
- .Understand client needs, business models, and sector dynamics to structure effective solutions
- .Drive revenue growth through cross-selling and campaign-led customer penetration
- .Conduct financial analysis to identify risks and prevent potential losses
- .Collaborate with internal teams (Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Legal) to meet business objectives
- .Monitor customer satisfaction and implement process improvements to enhance service quality
- .Compliance adherence and reporting accuracy
- .Monitor portfolio performance and ensure high asset quality
- .Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- .Leverage market intelligence to adopt best practices
