Role Overview
Drive mutual fund business through the ICICI Bank branch network by acquiring, engaging, and managing retail clients. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, building a strong SIP book, and enhancing client experience.
Key Responsibilities
1.Partner with ICICI Bank branch teams to generate leads and drive investments
2.Acquire and activate new retail investors from the bank’s customer base
3.Achieve SIP and Lumpsum targets; focus on AUM growth
4.Conduct joint client meetings, portfolio reviews, and investment discussions
5.Organize client meets and investor awareness activities
6.Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal processes
Key Requirements
1–3 years of experience in BFSI sales (Mutual Funds/Banking/Wealth preferred)
NISM Certification (preferred/mandatory as applicable)
Strong sales, communication, and relationship management skills
Target-driven with ability to collaborate with bank stakeholder
