Role Description
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving business growth, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include acquiring new clients, understanding their financial needs, and advising appropriate banking products and services. The role involves building and maintaining long-term customer relationships while ensuring service excellence. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Adoor.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Relationship Building, Client Engagement, and Account Management
- Business Growth, Sales Strategy, and Target Achievement expertise
- Knowledge of Banking Products such as savings accounts, loans, investments, and insurance
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication, Negotiation, and Problem-Solving Skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field required; MBA or equivalent is a plus
- Prior experience in Financial Services, Banking, or Relationship Management preferred
- Proficiency in local language and understanding of the local market is advantageous
