Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role located in Dehradun. The primary responsibilities include building and nurturing relationships with clients, identifying their financial needs, and offering tailored banking solutions. You will manage customer portfolios, provide insights about ICICI Bank’s products and services, maintain and improve customer satisfaction, and work toward achieving business targets by cross-selling financial products. The role requires actively engaging with existing and potential customers to drive growth and retention.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Strong sales and business development abilities, including cross-selling financial products
- Knowledge of banking products, financial services, and customer portfolio management
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to understand customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve business targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Previous experience in customer relationship management or banking roles is an advantage
- Proficiency with banking software and digital tools is a plus
