Job Description
Houzbay is looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Real Estate with strong expertise in residential property sales and deal closures across Bangalore. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in managing the complete sales cycle, including client handling, site visits, negotiations, and final closures.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end sales activities for residential real estate projects
• Handle client inquiries, property presentations, and site visits
• Negotiations and ensure successful deal closures
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and developers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate CRM and sales reports
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to maximize conversions
Required Skills & Experience
• 4–10 years of mandatory experience in real estate sales
• Strong exposure and proven track record in deal closures
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of Bangalore real estate market
• Target-driven, result-oriented professional
