Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Hoskote. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with relevant and personalized property solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing client interactions, conducting property tours, providing market insights, and negotiating deals to ensure a seamless customer experience. Additionally, the Relationship Manager will collaborate with developers and stakeholders to support project goals and meet sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Experience in client relationship management and customer engagement
- Knowledge of property markets, real estate trends, and pricing strategies
- Proficiency in negotiating and closing deals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic work environment
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in technology tools, digital platforms, and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Prior experience in real estate, property sales, or a related industry is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
