Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Relationship Manager, based out of our Koramangala location. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their property requirements, and guiding them through the buying process. The role also involves ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating with developers, and delivering personalized recommendations to match their needs.
Qualifications
- Client Communication and Relationship Management skills, including the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Expertise in Sales, Negotiation, and Closing deals effectively with both clients and developers.
- Strong Interpersonal and Problem-Solving skills to address client queries and issues efficiently.
- Time Management and Organizational skills to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with the real estate market, industry trends, and local property regulations is preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and other related software applications is an advantage.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
