The House of Amber Program
A developer-led integrated offering embedded for homebuyers at the point of sale. It is designed to provide assurance and engage with customers beyond possession. It includes long-term coverage for the home and its contents, customer support and assurance against key risks and unforeseen events.
Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Relationship Manager to join House of Amber and work closely with leadership to drive key initiatives across the business.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple workstreams, and brings a strong understanding of either the real estate ecosystem and customer experience functions.
This is a high-impact role where you will represent House of Amber (HoA) and closely work with partner developers. You would train and work with developer sales and marketing teams to seamlessly integrate House of Amber’s customer trust, assurance and engagement program with their core real estate sales and marketing offerings..
Key Responsibilities:
- Elevate House of Amber’s relationship with sales and marketing teams of our partner developers to help them leverage our program to enhance customer confidence.
- Conduct training sessions for developer teams on House of Amber’s program to enable faster sales of apartments
- Act as a sales enabler- supporting the developer team in influencing and closing deals
- Track interactions, customer feedback, and conversions to drive continuous improvement and engagement
- Ensure a seamless and premium customer experience at all touchpoints
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Based in Navi Mumbai
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate, Insurance, Relationship Management or Customer Experience roles
- Proficiency in using Apps and technology comfortably
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach
- Ability to influence, engage, and build trust with partners
