Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager, based in Udaipur. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, assisting clients in identifying and obtaining suitable loan products, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client financial needs, processing and verifying loan applications, ensuring compliance with company policies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong customer relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in sales, client support, and addressing customer queries effectively
- Ability to analyze financial documents, assess loan eligibility, and ensure process compliance
- Knowledge of loan products, financial services, and mortgage offerings is beneficial
- Competence in organizational skills, multitasking, and working in a target-driven environment
- Experience in the housing finance or banking sector is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Basic proficiency in local languages and familiarity with the Udaipur market is a plus
