Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager // Sales manager (DSA vertical) role based in Jaipur. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building strong client relationships, and managing a portfolio of housing finance clients. The role involves assessing customer financial needs, recommending suitable loan products, and ensuring timely loan disbursements. Additionally, the manager will work on achieving sales targets, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring superior customer service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in client relationship management, customer service, and building customer loyalty
- Strong sales acumen and ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of housing finance products, credit analysis, and financial documentation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in an on-site role and manage client interactions effectively
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in the housing finance or financial services sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
