Are you a dynamic financial professional with strong experience in B2B Channel Management and Mutual Fund Distribution? Helios Mutual Fund is expanding its presence, and we are looking for a driven Relationship Manager (RM) to join our team in Dhanbad.

Key Responsibilities:
Channel Management: Drive business growth by managing, developing, and expanding relationships with MFDs , NDs ,and ND networks in the Dhanbad region.
B2B Engagement: Build strong B2B distribution ties to accelerate AUM growth.
Product Management: Conduct product briefing sessions and training for channel partners on our investment products and strategies.
Market Engagement: Conduct regular market visits, partner meetings, and drive campaign initiatives to meet business targets.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B Sales / Channel Management within Mutual Funds, AMCs, Wealth Management, or BFSI.
Strong network and understanding of the local distribution ecosystem in Dhanbad and surrounding areas.
Mandatory NISM Series V-A /21A certification.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
