Job Description:
Care Health Insurance is hiring Relationship Managers to be deployed at partner bank branches in Ahmedabad (IndusInd Bank / Saraswat Bank). The role involves building strong relationships with bank RMs (Home Loan & Mortgage Loan) to generate insurance business from their customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with Home Loan and Mortgage Loan RMs within the bank
Generate insurance business through RM referrals and their loan customer pipeline
Promote Care Health Insurance products within the branch
Ensure consistent lead flow and conversion
Coordinate with bank staff for business development activities
Requirements:
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Sales-oriented mindset with target focus
Ability to work in a bank environment and collaborate with RMs
Prior experience in insurance/banking sales is preferred
