Role Description
The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying prospective clients, offering tailored financial solutions, and developing long-term customer relationships. Responsibilities include assessing client needs, explaining the benefits of relevant financial products, ensuring smooth application processing, and providing top-notch post-sales support. The Relationship Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to meet business targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Sales and customer service experience, particularly in financial products such as Home Loans, Life Insurance, and General Insurance
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to understand client needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions
- Time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and general computer applications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA or equivalent qualification is an added advantage
- Knowledge of financial products and market trends is beneficial
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, target-driven environment
