Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, based in Kolkata. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing customer relationships by understanding financial needs and providing tailor-made solutions. The role includes client acquisition, cross-selling bank products, maintaining excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include monitoring financial portfolios, ensuring compliance, and achieving assigned financial and non-financial targets.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills
- Sales and business development skills, including client acquisition and cross-selling financial products
- Proficiency in financial analysis and portfolio management
- Sound knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory compliance
- Problem-solving abilities and customer-centric approach
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM is an advantage)
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in financial services or banking is preferred
- Proficiency in local language (Bengali) and English is beneficial for effective communication
