Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager at HDFC Bank, located in Tohana. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, cross-selling banking products and services, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include providing banking advisory to clients, identifying their needs, recommending appropriate financial solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to offer superior service. The role requires regular follow-ups to enhance customer engagement and ensure timely resolution of client queries.
Qualifications
- Customer Relationship Management and Client Communication Skills
- Sales, Cross-Selling, and Business Development Skills
- Knowledge of Financial Products such as loans, mutual funds, insurance, and wealth management solutions
- Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving Abilities
- Proficiency in using banking tools, systems, and digital channels
- Strong Presentation and Negotiation Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Experience in banking, finance, or customer service roles is beneficial
