Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will manage customer relationships, generate and retain housing loan clients, and support them throughout the loan lifecycle. Key responsibilities include evaluating customer needs, providing financial solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets. The role requires collaborating closely with internal teams, conducting market research, and adhering to compliance and company standards.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Experience in financial services, sales, or customer service
- Knowledge of housing finance products and markets
- Strong communication skills in English and regional languages
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Experience in affordable housing finance is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA is a plus
