Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Meerut. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, assist them in securing housing loans, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Key responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, guiding them through the loan process, managing client portfolios, and identifying cross-selling opportunities. The role also involves achieving sales targets and actively resolving customer queries to build long-term trust and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in relationship building, customer engagement, and client portfolio management
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze financial documents and assess eligibility for housing loans
- Sales and market knowledge, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Familiarity with the affordable housing finance sector is an advantage
- Proficient in using digital tools and software for customer relationship management
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role will be considered beneficial
