Job Overview:
As a Relationship Manager at Granimals, you will be a crucial part of our mission to provide exceptional service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, a passion for fostering strong relationships, and the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client needs and goals to offer personalised solutions.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with the program development team for seamless execution.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding for clients into their respective programs.
- Monitor and assess client satisfaction levels.
- Work closely with clients to understand progress and challenges.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of client-facing experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service with a client-centric mindset.
- Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and drive results.
