Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role located in Pune Division. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, addressing client queries, assisting customers with product selection, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process. The role will also involve negotiating contracts, identifying potential business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that align with client needs.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills to ensure effective communication and long-term client satisfaction.
- Sales, Negotiation, and Business Development experience to identify opportunities and close deals successfully.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Product Solutions, and Market Trends, particularly in the pulp and paper sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Problem-solving ability and a proactive mindset to address client needs and navigate challenges effectively.
- Familiarity with industry tools and software for client relationship and sales management.
- Prior experience in paper, packaging, or related industries is an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
