Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Durgapur. The Relationship Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of clients by understanding their investment needs, introducing appropriate products, and providing ongoing support. Daily responsibilities include onboarding new clients, explaining trading platforms and services, addressing queries, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. The role involves coordinating with internal teams for account opening, documentation, and transaction processing, while monitoring client activity to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities. The Relationship Manager will also track market developments, share relevant insights with clients, and work toward defined business and revenue targets in a compliant and ethical manner.

- Candidates should possess strong client relationship management, customer service, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Candidates should possess sales, business development, and negotiation skills relevant to financial products and services.
- Candidates should possess basic knowledge of equities, commodities, derivatives, and capital market operations.
- Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret client needs and market information.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office tools and the ability to learn trading platforms and CRM systems.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business, or a related field; certifications in capital markets or NISM are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Durgapur, meet defined targets, and adhere to regulatory and organizational compliance standards.
- Prior experience in broking, banking, or financial services relationship management is preferred but not mandatory.
