Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Siliguri. Responsibilities include building and nurturing relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and addressing client needs promptly. The Relationship Manager will work closely with various departments to provide tailored solutions and will oversee client communication initiatives. In addition, this role will involve gathering feedback to improve services and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of company offerings to present to clients effectively.
