Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Mumbai. As a Relationship Manager, you will build and nurture relationships with pharmacy retailers and distributors, help them navigate and utilize Fundly.ai’s financial solutions, and ensure high customer satisfaction. You will identify growth opportunities, onboard new clients, address queries and concerns, and provide support to optimize client experiences. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and contribute to achieving business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and effectively resolve customer queries
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on understanding client business operations and providing tailored solutions
- Experience in sales, account management, or client servicing, preferably in the fintech or healthcare sectors
- Proficiency in tools and platforms used for customer relationship management (CRM) and reporting
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple clients and tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with the pharma or drug distribution ecosystem is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
