Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Delhi, India. The Relationship Manager will cultivate and manage relationships with clients, identify their financial needs, and recommend funding solutions. The role includes collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients, conducting market analysis, and identifying new opportunities for business growth. The successful candidate will also manage client accounts, address queries, and work to achieve organizational goals through strong customer relationship management.
Qualifications
- Customer Relationship Management and client engagement skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of financial products and services, specifically funding and loans
- Proficiency in market analysis and business development
- Problem-solving skills and ability to provide tailored solutions
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Prior experience in the financial services or lending industry is an advantage
