Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Bengaluru. The Relationship Manager will act as a key point of contact for clients, managing relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining trust with clients, assisting with inquiries, identifying needs, providing tailored consulting solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves preparing reports, tracking sales metrics, and driving customer retention initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in client consultation, problem-solving, and customer needs assessment
- Experience in sales, client management, and fostering business growth
- Organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Proficient in CRM systems, data analysis, and report generation
- Flexibility to work on-site in Bengaluru
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Relevant experience in real estate or B2B consulting is a plus
