Role Description
We are looking for a Business Relationship Manager to manage partnerships with Quick Commerce & OEM partnership . The role will be responsible for driving B2B business growth by closely working with platform Category Managers, expanding product listings, generating purchase orders, and ensuring smooth operational execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage relationships with Category Managers across Quick Commerce platforms
• Drive new product listings and assortment expansion
• Generate and scale purchase orders (POs) through regular discussions with platform teams
• Identify market gaps and opportunities for new product additions
• Ensure operational hygiene including timely PO dispatch and delivery
• Maintain high fill rates and SKU availability across warehouses
• Monitor inventory health and ensure long storage fees doesn’t occur.
• Track business metrics such as sales growth, SKU performance, availability, and sell-through.
Key Metrics:
• Revenue / GMV Growth
• Number of SKUs listed
• Purchase Order Volume
• Fill Rate & In-stock Rate
• Sell-through Performance
• Inventory Health & Aging Inventory
Ideal Candidate:
• Experience in Quick Commerce / E-commerce / FMCG B2B account management
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and scale platform business
• Good understanding of supply chain and inventory operations
