Role Description
The Relationship Manager role at ESAF Bank is a full-time, on-site position based in Nedumkandam.The position involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their banking needs, and offering tailored solutions. The role includes promoting and selling the bank’s financial products, managing a portfolio of clients, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a high level of service delivery. The Relationship Manager will also be responsible for meeting business targets and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling products.
Qualifications
- Customer Relationship Management, Client Service, and Communication Skills
- Sales and Marketing skills, with the ability to cross-sell and up-sell financial products
- Basic Financial Knowledge and Business Acumen to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities
- Proficiency in using banking software and digital tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- Previous experience in the banking or financial services industry is an advantage
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
