Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Vishakhapatnam. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and nurturing customer relationships to drive business growth. Day-to-day tasks will include identifying customer needs, promoting financial products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role also involves achieving sales targets, providing financial guidance, and resolving customer queries effectively.
Qualifications
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM), client interaction, and customer service competencies
- Sales acumen, target achievement, and cross-selling of financial products
- Knowledge of banking services, financial products, and regulatory compliance
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in banking, financial services, or customer-facing roles is a plus
- Proficiency in local language(s) is desirable and highly beneficial
