Role Description
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships by providing client-centric wealth management and investment solutions. This full-time, on-site position, based in Bengaluru, includes understanding client requirements, advising on investment opportunities, coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored financial strategies, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. The individual will proactively identify new business opportunities, manage client portfolios, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship-building skills, client management, and ability to maintain high levels of client satisfaction
- Knowledge in Wealth Management, Investment Strategies, Portfolio Management, and Financial Planning
- Ability to analyze financial markets and tailor bespoke investment solutions to meet diverse client goals
- Proficiency in regulatory compliance and understanding investment products, including Mutual Funds, PMS, and Alternate Investments
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to achieve targets
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; certifications like CFP, CFA, or NISM will be an advantage
- Experience in wealth management or financial advisory roles, ideally within a similar industry
