Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, based in Haridwar. The Relationship Manager will oversee building and maintaining strong client relationships by addressing their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client meetings, understanding their risks, suggesting appropriate insurance products, and assisting in policy renewals and claim processes. The role also involves achieving individual and team sales targets and actively collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Customer relationship management and the ability to understand client needs
- Proficiency in sales and business development processes
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle policy-related inquiries efficiently
- Basic knowledge of insurance products and risk management processes is preferred
- Self-motivation with an ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
