Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions. Daily tasks include identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction, managing accounts, resolving client concerns, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver excellent service. The Relationship Manager will also drive customer loyalty through communication and proactive problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Client Relationship Management, Account Management, and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Strong Sales, Business Development, and Negotiation skills
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Presentation skills
- Ability to analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate insurance products
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other technology systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
- Proven experience in insurance or financial services industry is an advantage
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.

- Experience Must be General Insurance.
