We are looking for a dynamic and organized Relationship Manager to join our team. This role is the vital link between our clients and our creative/technical teams, ensuring that every project is delivered with excellence and every client feels heard.

Key Responsibilities
• Sales Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for new inquiries, managing the sales pipeline from initial lead to project onboarding.
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their dedicated advocate throughout the design journey.
• Team Liaison: Ensure seamless communication between the Design and Execution teams to keep project visions aligned with reality.
• Project Monitoring: Track project milestones and timelines to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards.
• Material Selection: Assist clients in the selection of materials, finishes, and fixtures, ensuring choices align with both the budget and the design concept.
• Financial Oversight: Coordinate with the accounts team for payment follow-ups and ensure timely billing cycles.
• Overall Management: Oversee the daily workflow of active projects to ensure a smooth, end-to-end experience for the client.
Qualifications & Skills
• Previous experience in Relationship Management, Sales, or Project Coordination (experience in Architecture/Interior Design is a plus).
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask across different project stages.
• A basic understanding of interior design materials and execution processes.
• Professionalism in handling financial follow-ups and client expectations.
