About the Role:
We are hiring Relationship Managers for our Gurgaon Branch. The role is pure client acquisition and revenue generation from Equity, F&O and Mutual Funds and Insurance vertical.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Acquire new clients for Demat & Trading Accounts (Target: 10-15 Accounts / Month)
2. Generate brokerage from Equity, F&O, and Commodity segments
3. Advise clients on market opportunities, portfolio review and SIP/MF investments
4. Handle walk-in clients and outbound calling on provided leads
5. Ensure KYC, compliance and zero client complaints
6. Cross-sell Mutual Funds, PMS and Insurance…
Location: 102, Green Gold, Sector- 56, Gurgaon, Haryana
Experience: 1 - 4 Years | Openings: 4-5
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate in any stream. MBA / NISM 8 / NISM 10A / NCFM will be an added advantage
- 2+ Years experience in Stock Broking, Banking, Insurance or Financial Sales
- Good knowledge of NSE/BSE markets Mutual fund and Insurance
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Local candidate from Gurgaon / Delhi NCR preferred
Salary & Benefits:
- Fixed Salary: Rs. 25,000 - Rs. 38,000 per month
- Incentives: 10% to 20% on net brokerage - No Capping
- Career Growth: Sr. RM / Team Leader / Branch Manager in 12-18 months based on performance
