Role Description
The Relationship Manager position is a full-time, on-site role located in Nagpur. The selected candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, guiding them through the education loan process, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Key responsibilities include meeting prospective customers, understanding their finance requirements, providing end-to-end loan solutions, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth loan disbursements and repayment processes.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction and customer service.
- Proficiency in sales techniques, lead generation, and meeting sales targets.
- Ability to manage and build long-term client relationships effectively.
- Knowledge of financial services, loan products, or prior experience in the education financing sector is advantageous.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in local languages along with strong English communication is a plus.
- Self-motivated, with problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
