Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Relationship Manager. The Program Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple programs, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, managing timelines, leading workshops, and resolving operational challenges. The role also involves engaging with parents and students to ensure a positive program experience.
Qualifications
- Program Management, Project Coordination, and Planning skills
- Excellent Communication, Relationship Management, and Stakeholder Engagement abilities
- Problem-Solving, Decision-Making, and Analytical Thinking skills
- Experience in Education Programs or related fields is an advantage
- Leadership and Team Management capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools
