🚨 **Hiring | Relationship Manager (Manager / Assistant Manager)**
📍 **Location:** Anywhere in India
A leading **Financial Services Company** is looking for experienced banking professionals to join its Relationship Management team.
**Position**
**Relationship Manager** (Manager / Assistant Manager)
*Eligibility**
🎓 Any Graduation or Post Graduation with **60% or above** (Regular Stream)
**Experience**
✅ **Manager:** Minimum **3 years** of experience in Banking with expertise in:
* Loan Sourcing & Processing
* MSME Loans
* Retail Loans
✅ **Assistant Manager:** Minimum **2 years** of relevant Banking experience in:
* Loan Sourcing & Processing
* MSME Loans
* Retail Loans
*Age Limit**
📌 Not more than **35 years**
**Key Responsibilities**
* Acquire new customers and generate business opportunities
* Build and manage customer relationships
* Promote Loans and other Asset Products
* Cross-sell Banking & Third-Party Products
* Achieve business and sales targets
* Handle KYC, documentation, and customer onboarding
* Conduct customer meetings and field visits
* Assess customer background (CIBIL, CRILC & Account Aggregator)
* Verify property and collateral (Home Loan cases)
* Manage customer portfolios and provide end-to-end banking services
* Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery
* Visit SMA 0, SMA 1 & SMA 2 accounts along with the Collection Officer
* Stay updated on banking products, policies, and market trends
**Preferred Profile**
✔ Experience in Banking Sales, Relationship Management, MSME/Retail Assets, or Loan Processing
✔ Strong communication, customer relationship, and business development skills
