Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Relationship Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to understand their financial needs. Daily responsibilities include managing client accounts, offering tailored financial solutions, achieving sales goals, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and business growth in the assigned region.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in customer relationship management, client handling, and ensuring excellent customer service
- Skills in financial analysis, sales, and achieving revenue targets, ideally within the financial services sector
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in an on-site, team-oriented environment and handle client accounts with responsibility
- Knowledge of financial products and services, especially in vehicle finance, home loans, SME financing, and related areas, is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in a financial institution or similar role is preferred
