*What You’ll Do*
•Present and promote our comprehensive financial products and services
•Manage the end-to-end onboarding experience for new franchises and business partners •Ensure a seamless transition into our organization, including welcome materials, inter-department coordination for payout setups, and timely completion of paperwork
•Engage with partners and end customers (B2C) to drive product adoption and deliver a stellar customer experience
•Monitor performance, gather feedback, and report on business impact
•Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs and strategic goals
*What We’re Looking For*
•Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
•Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
•Basic understanding of financial products and concepts •Sales experience in financial products (insurance, mutual funds) is a plus
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field preferred
