Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role located in Gorakhpur. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored financial solutions. Key tasks include managing client portfolios, cross-selling financial services, addressing customer queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to drive growth and meet organizational targets.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cultivating and managing client relationships
- Knowledge of financial products such as equities, mutual funds, insurance, and lending
- Sales and negotiation skills to generate business and cross-sell services effectively
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess customer needs and recommend solutions
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently to achieve targets
- Experience in financial services or customer-facing roles is advantageous
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in local languages will be an added advantage
