Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Relationship Manager based in Bengaluru. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, addressing client needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, negotiating and closing deals, and providing excellent post-sales support. The Relationship Manager will also work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery for clients.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Proven experience in customer service and client management
- Sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and an aptitude for learning new technologies
- Knowledge or experience in the fire and safety industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
