Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Relationship Manager with hands-on experience in South Mumbai real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving property sales, and delivering a seamless customer experience from inquiry to closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound leads for luxury / premium real estate projects in South Mumbai
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI and UHNI clients
- Conduct site visits and property presentations
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation to deal closure
- Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate records in CRM
- Follow up with clients and ensure high conversion ratios
- Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in South Mumbai real estate sales (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of South Mumbai micro-markets (e.g., Worli, Lower Parel, Prabhadevi, etc.)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience dealing with premium/luxury properties preferred
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Presentable and professional personality
