Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Gurgaon. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with Brokers, identifying their insurance needs, offering tailored health insurance solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include cross-promoting products, achieving sales targets, managing customer queries, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless service. The ideal candidate will play a key role in contributing to customer retention and business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills
- Proven sales acumen, negotiation, and client-focused solution-selling experience
- Knowledge of health insurance products and regulatory requirements
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer concerns effectively
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales reporting systems
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
