Role Description The Relationship Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Panchkula. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of retail and MSME customers, ensuring high levels of service, satisfaction, and retention. Daily activities include acquiring new customers, cross-selling banking products, handling account-related queries, and providing personalized financial solutions aligned with customer needs. The role involves regular customer meetings, proactive follow-up, and close coordination with branch and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery. The Relationship Manager will also support compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements, while contributing to branch business targets and overall growth.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong relationship-building, customer service, and communication skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate banking solutions.
- Candidates should possess skills in sales, cross-selling, and negotiation, with a focus on achieving business targets in retail and MSME banking.
- Candidates should possess basic financial analysis and portfolio management skills, including the ability to assess creditworthiness and monitor account performance.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions and follow-ups efficiently.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office and core banking systems, along with comfort in using digital banking tools and platforms.
- A bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, finance, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in retail banking, MSME lending, or customer-facing financial services is an advantage.
