Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Panchkula. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable banking products and services. Responsibilities include client acquisition, cross-selling financial products, ensuring account management, addressing client queries, and supporting lending and deposit operations to meet growth targets.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills
- Knowledge of banking products such as loans, deposits, and financial services
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Proficiency in planning, client acquisition, and achieving sales targets
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer inquiries effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of banking software systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in retail or relationship management within the banking industry is an advantage
- Understanding of agricultural, MSME, or mortgage lending is a plus
