Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mohali district for a Relationship Manager at Capital Small Finance Bank Limited. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and building client relationships, identifying banking needs, promoting bank products, and assisting clients with financial planning. Daily tasks include delivering personalized service, achieving sales targets, cross-selling products, resolving customer queries, and supporting business growth by acquiring new clients.
Qualifications
- Customer Relationship and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for managing client relationships, active listening, and delivering excellent customer service.
- Product Knowledge and Promotion: Familiarity with banking products such as loans, savings, investments, and mortgages, with an ability to cross-sell effectively.
- Sales Acumen and Business Development: Skills in generating leads, closing sales, and growing client portfolios while achieving target-oriented goals.
- Problem Solving and Decision-Making Abilities: Capability to address client queries, resolve issues efficiently, and recommend suitable financial solutions.
- Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate customer records.
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Prior experience in banking, finance, or customer service is preferred.
