📍 Location: Bangalore
🏠 Work Mode: Field Role (Site Visits Required)
🗓 Weekend Site Visits: Mandatory
🎓 Qualification: Any Graduate
🧑💼 Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers with strong sales interest are welcome)
💼 Key Responsibilities
✔ Build and maintain strong client relationships
✔ Understand buyer requirements and recommend suitable properties
✔ Conduct property site visits and project walkthroughs
✔ Coordinate with builders and internal teams for smooth deal closures
✔ Follow up on leads and maintain accurate client records
✔ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
✔ Guide clients throughout their property-buying journey
✅ What We're Looking For
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Passion for sales and client-facing roles
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel across Bangalore for client meetings and site visits
- Knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market is an added advantage
- Two-wheeler/own vehicle preferred
