Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their real estate needs and guiding them through the full sales or leasing lifecycle. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client portfolios, conducting property visits, coordinating with internal sales and marketing teams, and ensuring timely communication and follow-up. The role involves preparing and presenting proposals, supporting negotiations, and tracking client feedback to improve service quality. The Relationship Manager will also help identify new business opportunities, contribute to local market insights, and uphold Brad Realty’s standards of professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in client relationship management, account management, or customer-facing roles, ideally within real estate or related industries.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with a diverse client base.
- Good understanding of sales processes, pipelines, and basic commercial/financial concepts relevant to real estate transactions.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities, with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Comfort using CRM tools, office productivity software, and digital communication platforms.
- Knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market or willingness to quickly develop local market expertise.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer-focused mindset; willingness to work on-site and attend client meetings and property visits as needed.
