Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager/ Relationship Manager at Blink Finance, located in Mumbai. The Sales Manager/ Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding clients' financial goals, and advising on suitable financial and insurance products. Key daily tasks include identifying sales opportunities, providing tailored financial solutions, conducting client reviews, resolving queries, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs. The role also involves analyzing market trends and proactively identifying potential business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Relationship-building skills, including customer engagement, consultation, and conflict resolution
- Proficiency in financial services, product knowledge, and identifying tailored solutions to meet client needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for advising clients and conducting presentations
- Analytical and problem-solving ability to evaluate financial data and make sound recommendations
- Sales and business development experience, with a proven ability to meet set targets
- Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple client accounts effectively
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
- Knowledge of insurance and loan products is an added advantage
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office software
