Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Relationship Manager for an on-site role located in Nagaur. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing tailored financial solutions to meet client needs. The role involves overseeing loan disbursements, ensuring compliance with company policies, and managing customer queries. Additionally, the Relationship Manager will play a key role in promoting Bhala Finance’s offerings and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional support and service.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer relationship management and strong interpersonal communication skills
- Understanding of financial products such as Loan Against Property (LAP) and Secured Business Loans
- Analytical skills to assess creditworthiness and develop financial solutions
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic financial software
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of local markets and customer base in Nagaur and surrounding areas
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in NBFCs or banking institutions is advantageous
