Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Pune City. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving sales, identifying opportunities to promote banking products, and developing strategies to meet financial targets. This role involves understanding customer needs, cross-selling appropriate banking solutions, providing consistent and efficient customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Relationship Manager will also oversee regular follow-ups, build long-term relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to address client needs.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in client management, customer service, and sales-related roles
- Proficiency in analyzing customer needs and offering suitable financial solutions
- Expertise in banking products, such as loans, deposits, and financial services
- Ability to meet financial and sales targets while maintaining excellent service standards
- Organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in financial services, banking, or similar industries is an advantage
