Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager position based in Kolkata. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying potential clients, and promoting Bajaj Life’s insurance products. The role involves understanding client financial needs, providing tailored insurance solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include achieving sales targets, participating in marketing campaigns, and assisting clients with policy management and claim processing.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Sales and marketing expertise, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- Customer relationship management skills and commitment to client satisfaction
- Knowledge of life insurance products and financial planning concepts is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and understanding of CRM software
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
- Prior experience in the life insurance or banking sector is a plus
